Our Services Contract Loan Processing

Our mission is to alleviate the "paper pushing" from you to us, help develop "satisfied clients" so that you are free to  originate more business. We will work the same or better than the processor you would have in your office, tailoring a work flow process as a team player with you, the loan officer, in order to close loans quickly. Below is an example of the flow process:

Broker emails completed submission form, Point 3.4 file along with required exhibits

File is assigned to processor (Loan Officer will work with the same processor through closing)

Processor will open and scrub file, send an acknowledgement back to you along with a list of items that may need to be addressed up front within 24 hrs. 

We utilize Drop Box for all files. An invitation is sent to the Loan Officer and Borrower for their convenience in sending documents within a secure environment  

We will work directly with the Lender-escrow-borrowers (as directed by Loan Officer)

Verify disclosures are accurate and complete

Review credit report, asset verification's, income documents

Clear underwriting conditions

Co-ordinate closing schedule

Assemble a Post Closing Loan package, email to Loan Officer within 30 days of closing. Contract Loan Processing done right!
